Who can take part
- You are a man aged 18–45 years old in good overall health
- You have normal hormone levels (FSH, LH, testosterone) and healthy sperm samples with good concentration, volume, motility, and shape
- You have never been diagnosed with male fertility problems, testicular disease, or had testicular surgery or radiation
- You do not have a current or recent sexually transmitted infection, and will test negative for HIV, hepatitis B and C, and gonorrhea
- You have not taken hormone medications, testosterone, steroids, or certain other drugs in the past 3 months that affect sperm or hormones
- You agree to use reliable birth control with female partners for 3 months after taking the study drug and to provide semen samples throughout the trial
