AUR103 for Advanced Neuroendocrine Tumors After Prior Treatment

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older and in good enough health to tolerate treatment (ECOG performance status 0–1, meaning you can do most daily activities)
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of well or moderately differentiated neuroendocrine tumor that is advanced (spread or cannot be surgically removed)
  • Your cancer has progressed after at least one prior treatment, and you must have received at least one FDA-approved NET drug (everolimus, sunitinib, cabozantinib, or Lu177 dotatate)
  • Your blood counts and organ function (liver, kidney) must be adequate based on recent lab tests
  • You have measurable disease on imaging that doctors can track during the study
  • You cannot have had cancer-fighting treatments (except somatostatin analogs, which are allowed) in the past 28 days
