- You are 50 years or older

- Your eye pressure in the study eye is 25 mmHg or lower
- Your other eye has not received anti-VEGF injections (except aflibercept) within the last 28 days
- You have no eye infections or severe inflammation in the study eye
- You are not allergic to aflibercept
