Who can take part

  • You must be 50 years or older.
  • You have wet AMD with active new blood vessels in the center of your vision, confirmed by a specialist.
  • You have either had no previous anti-VEGF injections, or no more than 4 injections in the last 6 months with good response.
  • Your vision in the study eye must be between 20/320 and 20/32 on an eye chart.
  • The central thickness of your retina must be 500 microns or less.
  • You cannot have other causes of new blood vessels, scars, bleeding in the center of vision, or certain other eye conditions like uncontrolled glaucoma or inflammation.
