  • You have trained consistently in your sport for at least 8 years
  • You train at least 5 times per week and have done so for the last 6 months
  • You have not had any significant injuries in the past 6 months
  • You have not taken vitamin D supplements in the past month
  • You do not currently take multivitamin supplements
  • You do not have any intestinal or digestive disorders (like Crohn's disease or celiac disease)
