- You are a man between 50 and 80 years old
- Your prostate is significantly enlarged (at least 80 mL in size)
- You have been evaluated and approved by a doctor as a candidate for holmium laser prostate surgery

- You have not had previous prostate or urethral surgery (biopsy alone is okay)
- You can commit to follow-up visits and testing as scheduled by the study
