Who can take part

  • Diagnosed with cancer of the stomach, colon, or junction between esophagus and stomach (confirmed by biopsy)
  • Your cancer has one of three specific genetic features: dMMR, MSI-H, or POLE mutations (confirmed by lab testing)
  • You received immunotherapy (checkpoint inhibitor drugs) before being evaluated for this trial
  • Age 18 or older when first diagnosed with cancer
  • Good overall health status, able to tolerate treatment and follow-up care
  • Able to attend regular imaging, endoscopy (camera exams), and clinical visits for monitoring
