Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have a gastrointestinal cancer, such as stomach, esophageal, or colorectal cancer.
  • Your tumor must have at least one specific genetic marker (like MSI-H, HER2, or others) that can be targeted by special medicines.
  • You must have already received a targeted therapy or immunotherapy that matched your tumor's marker and had a very good response (tumor shrank or disappeared).
  • A team of doctors must have reviewed your case and agreed that avoiding surgery right away is a reasonable option for you.
