  • You have been diagnosed with axial spondyloarthritis (a type of spine arthritis affecting the spine) by a rheumatologist
  • You currently exercise less than 150 minutes per week at moderate intensity (like brisk walking or light jogging)
  • You are willing to wear a Fitbit activity tracker for the entire study
  • You can create or already have a Google account and will download the Google Health app on your phone
  • You speak English fluently
