Who can take part

  • You work as a midwife or nurse in an obstetrics unit at the study hospital
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You can read and understand Turkish
  • You have not taken a mindfulness or self-compassion class in the last 6 months
  • If assigned to the training group, you can attend at least 7 out of 8 sessions
