Who can take part
- Age 18–75 years old and in fairly good health (able to do light activities)
- Stage III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) confirmed by biopsy that cannot be surgically removed
- No prior chemotherapy or chest radiation for this lung cancer
- Certain genetic mutations (EGFR, ALK, ROS1, etc.) must not be present in your tumor
- At least one measurable tumor visible on imaging that can be tracked during the trial
- Willing to provide tumor tissue samples for genetic and protein testing
