Who can take part
- You are 18 to 74 years old
- You have stage IB, grade 3 invasive lung adenocarcinoma confirmed by tissue sample after surgery
- Your lung cancer was completely removed by lobectomy, bilobectomy, or sleeve resection
- Your tumor has PD-L1 expression of 1% or higher
- You have no active EGFR mutations or ALK rearrangements
- You have not had any prior cancer treatment like chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or radiation
- You are enrolling within 4 to 12 weeks after surgery
