Who can take part
- You are living with HIV and are 18 years or older
- You have been taking HIV medications (antiretroviral therapy) for at least 6 months
- Your viral load (amount of virus in your blood) has been below 20 copies/mL at two separate visits at least 6 months apart
- You are planning to switch to a different HIV medication regimen, or you are in a stable treatment group with very low or undetectable viral load
- You are able to give informed consent and do not have serious mental health conditions that would prevent participation
- You are not currently dealing with serious infections related to HIV or pregnant
