Who can take part
- Be a healthy woman between 18 and 50 years old who is actively breastfeeding or pumping
- Be at least 28 days after delivery with established milk supply and no serious delivery complications
- Able to stop breastfeeding your infant for about 3 days after the dose (you'll pump and store milk beforehand for bottle feeding)
- Willing to fully express milk from both breasts multiple times during the milk collection period
- Have a BMI of 36 kg/m² or less, weigh at least 45 kg, and be generally healthy with no serious medical conditions
- Not currently pregnant, not a smoker (or quit at least 1 month ago), and not taking certain medications that could interfere with the study
