Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- Advanced, unresectable, or metastatic dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) that has gotten worse despite imatinib treatment or has transformed into a high-grade sarcoma
- Good overall health status (able to perform light daily activities with minimal assistance)
- Measurable disease visible on imaging scans
- Adequate blood cell counts, kidney, and liver function (measured by recent blood tests)
- Heart function test (echocardiogram or MUGA scan) showing ejection fraction of at least 50%
