Toripalimab and Anlotinib With Chemotherapy for Resistant Dermatofibrosarcoma

Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans (DFSP)

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests a combination of three cancer-fighting treatments—an immunotherapy drug (toripalimab), a targeted therapy (anlotinib), and standard chemotherapy—for patients with a rare skin cancer called dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) that has spread or cannot be surgically removed and has stopped responding to a prior treatment called imatinib. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink or control the cancer.

  • Good overall health status (able to perform light daily activities with minimal assistance)
  • Measurable disease visible on imaging scans
  • Adequate blood cell counts, kidney, and liver function (measured by recent blood tests)

Genes and scans predict response to immunotherapy and targeted therapy for advanced sarcoma

This trial is testing whether a combination of two drugs—a targeted therapy (surufatinib) and an immunotherapy (envafolimab)—can help people with advanced soft tissue sarcoma that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. Researchers will also use a person's genetic information and scans to see if they can predict who will benefit the most.

Thymalfasin plus triple therapy for advanced colorectal cancer

This trial tests a combination of three drugs plus thymalfasin, an immune-boosting medicine, for people whose advanced colorectal cancer has not responded to at least two prior treatments. It's designed specifically for the common type of colorectal cancer (pMMR/MSS) to see if adding this immune therapy can help.
