Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older
  • You need a confirmed diagnosis of dedifferentiated liposarcoma with specific MDM2 gene changes
  • Your cancer must have gotten worse or come back after at least one previous treatment, or you cannot have standard chemotherapy for medical reasons
  • You must be able to swallow pills and have a tumor that can be measured on a CT scan
  • You should be in generally good health (able to do daily activities) and have normal organ function based on blood tests
