Who can take part
- Had a stroke caused by a blood clot (not bleeding) between 3–5 months ago, confirmed by brain imaging
- Your stroke caused weakness or loss of movement in your arm or hand
- Can move your affected arm at least minimally (able to grasp and release at least 1 block in 60 seconds)
- Can understand and follow simple exercise instructions during a practice session
- Live in Brazil, speak Portuguese, and live within 120 km of the study site
- Have a clear space (about 6 feet × 6 feet) at home for exercises and access to internet for video sessions
