Who can take part

  • Men aged 18 to 80 years
  • Prostate cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body
  • At least two high-risk features: Gleason score 8 or higher, tumor stage T3 or T4, or PSA level 20 or higher
  • Good overall health (able to perform daily activities, no serious heart or lung problems)
  • No prior treatment for prostate cancer (except hormone therapy started within the last 6 weeks)
