  • You are at least 18 years old
  • Your pregnancy is at 14 weeks or later in gestation
  • You are having a surgical abortion (not medication-based) at Avignon Hospital
  • You are able to complete a written questionnaire about your experience
  • You are not under legal guardianship, curatorship, or court-ordered protection
