- Your child is between 3 and 12 years old
- Your child is scheduled for planned (elective) surgery that requires anesthesia
- At least one parent or guardian has a smartphone
- Your child can follow simple instructions and understand what's being asked
- Both your child and at least one parent speak Spanish well enough to participate
- You sign a consent form; your child agrees to participate if old enough
