Who can take part
- Female, between 18 and 35 years old
- Exercise regularly in a structured way for 8–15 hours per week
- Using one of these birth control methods for at least 3 months: monophasic oral contraceptive (like standard birth control pills), hormonal IUD, or copper IUD
- Healthy weight range (BMI 18.5–29.9) and weigh at least 110 pounds
- No history of eating disorders or disordered eating in the past 3 years
