  • You are between 18 and 25 years old.
  • You can walk on your own without help.
  • You have not had any injury or surgery on your legs, spine, or that affected your balance in the last 6 months.
  • You are not already receiving Basic Body Awareness Therapy regularly.
  • You agree to take part in the trial and sign a consent form.
