  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have a visible abnormal growth or spot in your airway that needs a biopsy
  • You can give permission (informed consent) to join the study
  • You do not have any serious lung or heart condition that makes bronchoscopy risky
  • You are not on blood-thinning medication that cannot be safely paused for 5 days before the procedure
