Who can take part
- You have psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease and take Tremfya regularly
- You have decided to keep taking Tremfya and breastfeed your baby
- You are at least 5 weeks after giving birth on the first day of the study
