Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with chronic cholecystitis (gallbladder inflammation).
  • You have had symptoms like upper right belly pain, bloating, burping, or nausea for more than 3 months.
  • An ultrasound in the last 3 months shows your gallbladder wall is thickened or rough.
  • You have not had your gallbladder removed or any major stomach or bowel surgery.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
