Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your B cells show a marker called CD19 and your blood counts are within a certain range.
  • You have not had any cell therapy (like CAR-T) before, or if you did, the engineered cells have disappeared.
  • You are not taking certain immune-suppressing drugs now, or you can stop them for a washout period.
  • You do not have active infections (like tuberculosis, HIV, hepatitis B or C), uncontrolled heart, lung, kidney, or thyroid problems, or a recent organ transplant.
