  • Age 18–75 years old
  • Confirmed CD19-positive B cells in your blood (checked by lab test)
  • Healthy heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys, with adequate blood counts
  • No recent treatment with steroids (high doses), immune-suppressing drugs, or cell therapies
  • No active infections, blood clots, uncontrolled diabetes, or history of heart disease in the last 6 months
  • Not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the study
