  • You are between 18 and 55 years old
  • A doctor has diagnosed you with migraine
  • You have at least 3 migraine attacks every month
  • You do not have other types of headaches
  • You have not had surgery or injury on your neck, shoulders, or upper body
  • You are not currently getting physical therapy for your neck, shoulders, or arms
