Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 64 years old.
  • Your triglycerides are very high (≥500 mg/dL) despite trying standard treatments, and you have had at least 3 high readings in the last 2 years.
  • You must have two separate high triglyceride readings at least a week apart during screening.
  • You agree to use effective contraception if you or your partner can have children, and women must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You do not have serious liver, kidney, or blood problems, or a recent history of pancreatitis, heart attack, or certain infections.
