Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have high triglycerides (≥150 mg/dL) and high LDL cholesterol (≥70 or 100 mg/dL, depending on your other health conditions) that have not responded to the maximum doses of usual treatments for at least 12 weeks.
  • If you are a woman, you must be postmenopausal or surgically sterile (unable to become pregnant).
  • Men must use effective contraception during the study and their female partners must also use contraception.
  • You do not have a specific genetic condition called familial chylomicronemia syndrome.
  • Your liver and kidney function must be within acceptable ranges.
