Who can take part
- You are between 20 and 50 years old.
- You have had neck pain for at least 3 months.
- Your resting neck pain is at least 3 out of 10 on a standard pain scale.
- You have not had neck surgery or a serious neck injury, and have no other major health conditions affecting your neck.
- You have not received physical therapy or other neck pain treatments in the past year.
- You do not have a psychiatric illness or significant vision problems.
