  • You are fluent in English
  • You have advanced cancer (stage III or IV)
  • You report a distress level of at least 4 out of 10
  • Your doctor expects you to live at least 6 more months
  • You have reliable internet and can use a computer or tablet for online sessions
  • You haven't had a psychotic episode in the last 5 years or untreated schizophrenia or bipolar disorder
