Who can take part
- You’re at least 18 years old
- You had cancer such as breast (stage 0–III), colorectal (stage I–III), head and neck (stage I–III), or certain lymphomas
- You finished main cancer treatment within the last 24 months
- You can read and speak English well enough for online sessions and questionnaires
- You have internet access and are willing to be assigned to a study group
- Your doctor/assessment shows you could benefit from cancer rehabilitation and you can safely do remote rehab
