Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with cancer (including new, returning, or spread cancer)
  • You are at least 19 years old
  • You can do mild physical activity at minimum
  • You are either getting cancer treatment now, finished treatment within the last 6 months, or continue regular cancer care with your doctor
  • You can understand and sign consent forms in English
  • You have internet access and a device (computer, tablet, or phone) that can do video calls
