  • You are between 1 month and 21 years old.
  • You have a germ cell tumor (seminoma or nonseminoma) that has come back or not responded to treatment.
  • You have already had or will have a stem cell transplant using the chemotherapy drugs gemcitabine, docetaxel, melphalan, and carboplatin (GemDMC).
  • You are willing to follow the study's treatment and follow-up schedule.
