Who can take part

  • You are a woman aged 21 or older.
  • You finished pelvic radiation for endometrial or cervical cancer at least 3 months ago.
  • You have urinary incontinence (leaking) or overactive bladder symptoms.
  • You can contract your pelvic floor muscles without pain.
  • You can tolerate a size 6 vaginal dilator (like a small, smooth insert).
  • You have a smartphone or tablet (iOS or Android) and internet access.
