Who can take part

  • You are a married woman.
  • You have been diagnosed with stress urinary incontinence (leaking urine with coughing, sneezing, or physical activity).
  • You are willing and able to do Kegel exercises and come to follow-up visits.
  • You are not pregnant and have not given birth in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have a current urinary tract infection, a bleeding disorder, or a neurological condition like multiple sclerosis or stroke.
