Who can take part

  • You are a woman aged 18 to 70.
  • You have overactive bladder symptoms, like a sudden urge to urinate often, and a questionnaire score above 8.
  • You have tried behavioral therapy or medicine for overactive bladder, and it did not work, OR you chose not to take medicine.
  • You are not currently taking any overactive bladder medicine.
  • You do not have a pacemaker, metal implant in the pelvic area, bleeding problems, urinary tract infection, bladder stones, or a history of pelvic radiation or nerve disease.
  • You have not had pelvic surgery in the last 6 months, and you are not pregnant or planning to be.
  • You have no serious liver, kidney, or heart problems.
