Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- Your pancreatic cancer must have spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
- You must be able to take care of yourself (fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but able to walk).
- If you have had prior treatment, your cancer must have come back more than 6 months after finishing it, or you must have been diagnosed with metastatic cancer from the start.
- You must have a 'basal-like' subtype of pancreatic cancer (this will be checked with a tumor test).
- You must have normal organ and marrow function, and be free of serious heart or blood clotting problems in the past 3 months.
