- You are a man between 18 and 45 years old.
- You have varicocele confirmed by exam and ultrasound, but a urologist has said you don't need surgery.
- You have at least one sperm problem (like low count or poor movement) linked to varicocele, based on WHO 2021 standards.
- You have not had any surgery in the groin or scrotum area before.
- You do not have an active infection or cancer in the urinary or genital area.
- You are not currently taking special supplements (like L-carnitine) or certain vein medicines for varicocele.
