Who can take part
- You are 65 years or older (women must be past the point of being able to get pregnant).
- You have been diagnosed with sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss) using Korean standards.
- Your weight is at least 77 pounds (35 kg) and your body mass index is between 15 and 30.
- Your nutritional status is good, as shown by a score of 8 or higher on a simple nutrition questionnaire.
