Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 28 or higher, or 24 or higher with a weight-related health condition like high blood pressure or high cholesterol.
  • You have been following a diet and exercise plan for at least 3 months, with no more than a 5% change in weight during that time.
  • You do not have certain serious health conditions like uncontrolled high blood pressure, diabetes, or a history of weight-loss surgery.
  • You are not currently using any medications or treatments that have caused significant weight change in the last 3 months.
