Who can take part

  • You are pregnant and between 20 and 40 years old.
  • You are between 12 and 34 weeks pregnant (second or third trimester).
  • You have been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis (heel pain under the foot).
  • Your heel pain is worst when you take your first steps in the morning or after sitting for a while.
  • You have not had a steroid shot in your heel in the last 6 months.
  • You are willing to attend follow-up visits and follow the therapy plan.
