Who can take part
- You are between 45 and 74 years old.
- You live in a participating community and have lived there for at least 6 months in the past year.
- You are already part of an urban cancer screening program.
- A cancer risk questionnaire showed you are at high risk for lung, breast, colorectal, upper gastrointestinal, or liver cancer.
- You have not yet had the recommended free screening test for the type of cancer you are at risk for.
- You can fill out electronic questionnaires or get help from paper materials and staff if needed.
- You have never been diagnosed with any of these cancers: lung, breast, colorectal, upper gastrointestinal, or liver cancer.
- You do not have severe memory, thinking, or mental health problems that would make it hard to take part.
- You are not planning to be away from the community for more than 3 months in the next 6 months.
- You are not currently in another study that could affect your cancer screening choices.
