Who can take part

  • You must be 18 to 75 years old.
  • You have an advanced or metastatic tumor in the digestive tract or another solid organ.
  • You can provide a tumor tissue sample (from a past biopsy or a new one).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • Your daily activity level is good (ECOG score 0 or 1, meaning you can do light work or are fully active).
  • You have not had certain other cancer treatments within 4 weeks, and you are willing to use birth control during and for 6 months after the study.
