Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old (Phase Ia) or at least 18 (Phase Ib).
  • You have a gastrointestinal or other solid tumor that has spread, and standard treatments have not worked.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be seen on a scan.
  • You have a stored tumor sample from a past biopsy or surgery.
  • You are generally active and able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You agree to use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant.
