Who can take part
- You must have a gastrointestinal or other solid tumor that has spread and failed standard treatment.
- You need to provide a tumor tissue sample from within the last 2 years.
- You must be at least 18 years old and have a life expectancy of 3 months or more.
- You must be in good enough health to carry out daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You cannot have certain heart, lung, or immune conditions, or active infections like hepatitis B or C.
