Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with a pheochromocytoma or paraganglioma through blood or urine tests showing high metanephrine levels (at least 1.5 times the normal limit).
  • If you could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test within 3 days before starting the drug.
  • You can give informed consent to participate.
  • You do not have severe heart problems, low oxygen levels, or other cancers.
  • You are not taking certain medications (like some antifungals, antidepressants, or stomach acid drugs) that could interfere with the study drug.
