Who can take part

  • Be at least 12 years old (or at least 18 for a specific VHL group called Cohort B1)
  • Have one of these diagnoses: advanced/metastatic PPGL, pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor (pNET), VHL disease–related tumors, wild-type GIST, or certain advanced solid tumors with HIF-2α-related gene changes
  • For Cohort B1: have a confirmed VHL diagnosis from a germline (inherited) test or your doctor’s diagnosis
  • Have a life expectancy of at least 3 months
  • Be able to swallow and absorb the study medicine (you should not have issues that stop absorption)
  • Not need extra oxygen long-term, and your resting oxygen level (fingertip reading) should not be below 92%
