Perioperative treatment for resectable liver cancer
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer clinical trials.
This trial tests a combination of three drugs (SHR-8068, Adebrelimab, and Apatinib) given before and after surgery for liver cancer that can be removed. The goal is to see if this approach helps prevent the cancer from coming back.

This trial tests a new drug (SHR-1826) alone or with immunotherapy for people with advanced liver cancer that has not responded to at least one prior treatment. It aims to see if the treatment can shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth.
This trial tests SHR-8068 combined with adebrelimab and bevacizumab in people with advanced, hard-to-treat liver cancer. It aims to see whether this combination can shrink tumors and improve outcomes after standard treatments don’t work or aren’t an option.
This trial tests a combination of treatments for people with liver cancer that can be surgically removed. The goal is to see if the combination helps shrink tumors and improve outcomes before surgery.
This trial is testing a combination of two drugs (adebrelimab and apatinib) after liver cancer surgery to see if it can lower the chance of the cancer returning. It is for people whose tumors had high-risk features.
This trial is testing a combination of immunotherapy (anti-PD-1/PD-L1) and drugs that block blood vessel growth (anti-angiogenic agents) as a first treatment for people with advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors or slow their growth.
This trial tests a new combination of three drugs (SHR-8068, adebrelimab, and bevacizumab) against two standard immunotherapy combinations (sintilimab or atezolizumab plus bevacizumab) for people with advanced liver cancer who haven't had systemic treatment before. The goal is to see if the new combo works better for shrinking or controlling the cancer.
